Anforderungen
- Vocational training or university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or related field
- Experience in internationally connected production environments
- Solid experience analyzing production data, capacities, forecasts, inventory levels, and delivery dates
- Confident handling of SAP and strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and production processes
- Strong analytical skills managing complex global interdependencies and maintaining oversight in fast-changing environments
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for working with international teams and stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Analyze relevant key figures
- Create transparency across multiple plants and countries
- Ensure reliable coordination of international production planning
- Develop reliable planning models
- Identify capacity bottlenecks early
- Support international production sites in aligning demand, inventory, and resources
- Take ownership of end-to-end planning for selected value streams
- Analyze large and complex data sets from production, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Identify deviations, bottlenecks, risks, and optimization potential
- Plan and align capacities, demand, and delivery schedules
- Ensure efficient utilization of production facilities
- Develop reliable monthly supply plans
- Balance forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity
- Work closely with international logistics and production teams
- Ensure stable product availability and high service levels
- Prepare and support S&OE planning meetings
- Analyze KPIs and validate production plans
- Continuously improve planning processes and tools
- Maintain and optimize relevant master data in planning and ERP systems
- Provide a solid foundation for decision-making
- Support ongoing transformation initiatives
- Contribute to the international development of the production network
