- Steer rollout of sustainability initiatives and update frameworks
- Lead supplier enablement and development for new regulations
- Embed sustainability metrics into procurement processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Collect and analyze new customer and legal sustainability requirements
- Cascade sustainability requirements and track progress
- Oversee ESG data collection and provide performance reporting
- Govern and own sustainability activities and processes within procurement
- Engage with internal stakeholders for alignment and reporting
- Represent supply chain sustainability in customer RFQs and audits
- Act as central interface for Auto Sustainability and Corporate ESG
- Develop and deliver sustainability training programs
- Stay updated on ESG trends and share best practices
- Participate in sustainability forums or working groups
