- Ensure workmanship quality meets SRT and airworthiness regulations
- Assign employees to jobs
- Maintain vacation planning according to engine planning
- Monitor labor efficiency
- Organize cross-departmental support for performance
- Organize support for tools, equipment, and work documentation
- Manage human resources to ensure skill availability
- Identify employee and departmental training needs
- Execute and promote Continuous Improvements with Lean principles
- Manage and improve processes to achieve KPIs
- Drive a strong performance culture
- Set periodic performance targets
- Conduct regular structured employee follow-ups
- Apply the Performance Management Process (PMP)
- Lead to motivate and engage employees
