Aufgaben
- Manage the electrical workshop both technically and disciplinarily
- Implement modern maintenance strategies aligned with company goals
- Develop the workshop according to TPM principles
- Ensure timely execution of mandatory inspections
- Advance the workshop using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Take responsibility for occupational health and safety
- Collaborate on projects with specialist departments and contractors
- Conduct and initiate comprehensive risk assessments
- Prepare detailed statistics and presentations
- Coordinate and supervise external service providers
- Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards
- Monitor and meet schedule and cost objectives
