- Proactive, hands-on, can-do attitude, willingness to take on challenges
- Passion for wealth management and desire to create value beyond wealth
- Global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, strong appetite for learning
- English fluency, additional languages are a plus
- Registered in country of application with valid work permit
Aufgaben
- Support daily handling of employee compliance topics
- Review employee conflicts of interest cases
- Evaluate employee conflicts of interest cases
- Resolve selected conflicts of interest cases
- Assist with new joiner onboarding
- Assess employee requests for mandates
- Assess employee requests for secondary occupations
- Assess employee requests for substantial shareholdings
- Handle gifts and entertainment declarations
- Handle gifts and entertainment requests
- Contribute to annual compliance reporting
- Contribute to annual internal reviews
- Support employee conflicts of interest initiatives
- Manage administrative tasks independently
