In this role, you will actively support a transformative AI change management project by collaborating with various stakeholders and applying innovative management tools. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning initiatives, facilitating workshops, and contributing to knowledge management efforts.

Anforderungen

• •Enrollment in graduate/postgraduate program focused on organizational development, change management, innovation, digital transformation, consulting, finance, project controlling, strategic management, psychology, or systemic thinking
• •Interest in AI adoption and transformation topics
• •Prior work exposure to project/change management
• •Strong communication and collaboration skills
• •Ability to work independently and proactively
• •Strong working knowledge of MS Office (advanced PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Miro)
• •Willingness to learn new platforms
• •Fluency in English
• •German and additional CEE languages are an advantage

Aufgaben

• •Support a group-wide AI change management project
• •Apply agile and innovation management tools
• •Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments
• •Assist in implementing the AI Change Management strategy
• •Plan and execute change initiatives, including large-scale events
• •Organize communication campaigns
• •Facilitate learning journeys
• •Prepare, facilitate, and document workshops and meetings
• •Contribute to knowledge management content and toolkits
• •Prepare presentations for high-level stakeholders
• •Support engagement with leaders and AI pioneers
• •Draft concept notes and white papers
• •Take ownership of workstreams or small projects
• •Handle administrative tasks like scheduling and coordination
