- Support CX surveys across RBI and network banks
- Structure and clean survey and client data
- Analyze survey and client data
- Prepare management-ready presentations and summaries
- Consolidate and structure qualitative customer feedback
- Support CX initiatives and cross-market projects
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and reporting
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support
