- Ensure efficient and effective task completion
- Support divisional and cross-divisional strategic analysis
- Secure continuous and profitable growth
- Define priorities and targets
- Monitor progress and risks
- Establish metrics for success
- Develop change management plans
- Optimize processes and reporting
- Ensure sound methodology in projects
- Synthesize facts into clear analysis
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management
- Collaborate with business line leaders
- Develop M&A and partnership pipeline
- Create company profiles of potential targets
- Develop deal theses for acquisitions, JVs, divestments, and partnerships
- Participate in commercial due diligence
- Prepare presentation materials for stakeholders
- Conduct initial assessments
- Manage due diligence processes
- Handle negotiations
- Prepare for pre-closing activities
- Plan integration preparations
