Strategic Pitch Senior Manager Europe(m/w/x)

  • Strong project management experience managing complex timelines
  • Experience coaching and preparing Partners for client pitch meetings
  • Client facing experience in scoping opportunities and gathering feedback
  • Experience analysing pitch feedback and implementing improvements
  • Awareness of and interest in pitch-related technologies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills engaging diverse contributors
  • Experience delivering internal pitch training and mentoring
  • Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Very high proficiency in German and English languages

Aufgaben

  • Lead and manage high-priority panel and matter pitches
  • Ensure all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the pitch process
  • Coordinate workload and resource allocation with global SPT Senior Managers
  • Develop customized strategies for each pitch based on client needs and firm capabilities
  • Facilitate qualification discussions to align pitches with firm strategy
  • Support Partners in client engagement and scoping during the pre-RFP stage
  • Prepare and edit pitch content and documentation, creating new content as needed
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling proposals aligned with the brand
  • Coach teams for pitch meetings and presentations, facilitating rehearsals as necessary
  • Lead client pitch feedback sessions and document lessons learned on Salesforce
  • Deliver tailored internal pitch training for BDM teams and lawyers
  • Define requirements for pitch improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and GenAI
  • Liaise with the Panel Lifecycle Manager on client engagement terms and panel management
  • Research client markets, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform pitch strategies
