Anforderungen

  • 4-7 years experience in strategic alliance management, partner development, or business development (B2B software or industrial technology), with BD or early-stage partner background
  • Ability to build partner programs and strategic relationships from scratch
  • Relationship depth to earn genuine trust with partner principals and directors
  • Experience building partnerships leading to proactive engagement
  • Enablement instinct to turn partner interest into capability
  • Ability to build opportunity-spotting frameworks, ICP education, and warm introduction mechanics
  • Ability to build enablement without a dedicated team
  • Commercial design experience to build referral programs from zero
  • Experience structuring partner incentives (fee models, attribution rules, tier economics)
  • Operational rigour matching relationship skills
  • Ability to track partner health
  • Experience building metrics infrastructure
  • Data-driven investment and disengagement decisions
  • Internal credibility to align direct sales teams
  • Understanding of channel vs. direct sales tension
  • Ability to build trust with sceptical AEs
  • Working knowledge of OT/IT or industrial automation
  • Ability to discuss SCADA, MES, OPC UA, or Unified Namespace
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial software (strong plus)
  • Experience with/at manufacturer, automation vendor, or industrial software company
  • Existing relationships with DACH-based industrial/manufacturing partners
  • Experience building/managing referral or influence partner programs
  • Experience with open-source GTM motion or community-led growth strategy
  • Experience thriving in small companies (under 50 people)
