Strategic Partnerships Manager(m/w/x)
Building partner program from scratch for a data platform connecting machines in manufacturing. 4-7 years in B2B software or industrial tech alliance management, building programs from scratch, required. 30 days vacation.
Anforderungen
- 4-7 years experience in strategic alliance management, partner development, or business development (B2B software or industrial technology), with BD or early-stage partner background
- Ability to build partner programs and strategic relationships from scratch
- Relationship depth to earn genuine trust with partner principals and directors
- Experience building partnerships leading to proactive engagement
- Enablement instinct to turn partner interest into capability
- Ability to build opportunity-spotting frameworks, ICP education, and warm introduction mechanics
- Ability to build enablement without a dedicated team
- Commercial design experience to build referral programs from zero
- Experience structuring partner incentives (fee models, attribution rules, tier economics)
- Operational rigour matching relationship skills
- Ability to track partner health
- Experience building metrics infrastructure
- Data-driven investment and disengagement decisions
- Internal credibility to align direct sales teams
- Understanding of channel vs. direct sales tension
- Ability to build trust with sceptical AEs
- Working knowledge of OT/IT or industrial automation
- Ability to discuss SCADA, MES, OPC UA, or Unified Namespace
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial software (strong plus)
- Experience with/at manufacturer, automation vendor, or industrial software company
- Existing relationships with DACH-based industrial/manufacturing partners
- Experience building/managing referral or influence partner programs
- Experience with open-source GTM motion or community-led growth strategy
- Experience thriving in small companies (under 50 people)
