  • •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related technical field
  • •5+ years experience in strategic procurement or category management
  • •Understanding of EMS production, PCB fabrication, and semiconductor market
  • •Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • •Fluency in English and conversational German (B2+)
  • •Willingness to travel internationally
  • •Preference for a hybrid working environment

  • •Conduct market research and risk assessments for second-sourcing
  • •Align goals across Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain
  • •Evaluate complex BOMs and market trends for sourcing decisions
  • •Manage the RfQ process from analysis to awarding
