Anforderungen

  • 8+ years relevant experience, ideally spanning Management Consulting and SaaS sales, or proven track record in either domain
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior business/IT stakeholders and engage effectively at C-level
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key processes and KPIs in Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical industry (Finance, Supply Chain)
  • Solid understanding of Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
  • Adaptability to fast-moving, high-growth environment with positivity, creative thinking, and growth mindset
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team

Aufgaben

  • Drive growth within large global enterprises in Life Sciences & Pharma
  • Create and cultivate strategic relationships for value-driven sales
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in Germany and Austria
  • Generate new business opportunities with existing customers
  • Engage with C-level executives and cross-functional teams
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to close sales
  • Collaborate with partners like consulting firms and SaaS vendors
  • Translate customer challenges into AI-enabled use cases
  • Focus on Finance, Supply Chain, and industry-specific use cases
  • Hold an individual revenue target for six-seven-figure deals
  • Orchestrate virtual teams for complex sales cycles
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles to successful closure
  • Expand existing customer relationships through land-and-expand model
  • Engage cross-line-of-business at all levels
