Anforderungen

• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft software computer skills
• Desirable previous experience with SAP
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to work in busy environments

Aufgaben

• Support store back-of-house operations efficiently
• Manage all aspects of inventory control
• Receive and handle stock orders from hubs or warehouses
• Ensure accuracy of received products and report discrepancies
• Retrieve stock promptly to support the sales team
• Process omnichannel orders and stock pullbacks
• Maintain a tidy back-of-house area compliant with retail standards
• Perform continuous quality control on all products
• Report product quality issues to the store lead
• Support aftersales processes including alterations, repairs, and personalisation
• Ensure all stockroom equipment is fully operational
• Report equipment concerns immediately through internal services
• Handle telephone calls and liaise with customer service
• Manage stationary and supermarket orders
• Perform general administrative tasks
• Support store events and visual merchandising
• Assist with stock taking and other management requests
