Aufgaben

  • Analyze business performance and propose action plans
  • Partner with the Area Manager to maximize sales and margins
  • Oversee store sales and KPI performance
  • Prepare periodic reports on competitors and market opportunities
  • Analyze sell-through rates and coordinate with divisions on product availability
  • Develop business strategies and set achievable sales targets
  • Set personalized objectives for each team member and conduct follow-ups
  • Create a dynamic work environment to motivate employees
  • Ensure staff accountability for achieving set goals
  • Manage HR functions to support team development
  • Attract and lead a high-performance team through training and coaching
  • Motivate the team through training and celebrating successes
  • Conduct in-store briefings to set objectives and motivate staff
  • Support new staff onboarding with informative participation
  • Ensure staff professionalism and product knowledge
  • Ensure superior customer service standards are met
  • Act as a brand ambassador and build client relationships
  • Encourage team focus on enhancing the customer experience
  • Expand the customer base by engaging high-profile clients
  • Maintain active social relationships with clients and the community
  • Monitor team management of the customer database

  • Support in-store and promotional event organization
  • Manage stock and backroom operations effectively
