As the primary reliability leader reporting to the CTO, you will ensure a platform serving 50 million users remains scalable and resilient through advanced CI/CD and automated infrastructure.

Anforderungen

• •Experience as SRE or DevOps engineer
• •Strong Linux, database, and networking skills
• •Proficiency in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability
• •Self-starter capable of independent work
• •Pragmatic approach to system maintenance
• •Distributed systems troubleshooting skills
• •Knowledge of MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis
• •Kubernetes and GitLab pipeline expertise
• •Experience with Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or ELK
• •Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Terraform

Aufgaben

• •Take ownership of platform uptime and reliability
• •Build robust monitoring and alerting systems
• •Establish incident response practices
• •Improve CI/CD pipelines for safe deployments
• •Enable blue-green and canary deployment strategies
• •Partner with engineers to resolve infrastructure pain points
• •Drive initiatives for automated reliability and scalability
• •Optimize platform cost-efficiency
• •Collaborate with teams to improve operational resilience
• •Design smart alerts and observability tools
• •Monitor and drive better performance metrics
• •Lead incident response and blameless postmortems
• •Manage deployments using Kubernetes and GitLab
• •Report directly to the CTO as a reliability leader
