- 5+ years IT implementation experience
- 5+ years experience with Talent, Learning or Recruiting on Workday or other systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
- 2+ years software consulting experience
- Workday Certification (Recruiting, Learning, Talent) or ability to certify
- Ability to understand Workday concepts and new features
- Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements
- Strong critical thinking skills for technical process issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred
- Business level fluency in German, French, Italian or Spanish
Aufgaben
- Ensure successful implementation of Workday solutions
- Provide implementation expertise to clients
- Configure Workday solutions to meet business needs
- Test Workday solutions for client requirements
- Create programs to drive business value post Go-Live
- Deliver feature demonstrations to customers
- Manage full feature deployments for clients
- Understand client business requirements
- Support customers throughout their post Go-Live journey
