Anforderungen
- PhD or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar position, power module technology and assembly processes experience preferred
- Knowledge in semiconductor physics and applications, preferably in SiC/GaN domain
- Knowledge of international quality standards and policies (e.g., AEC-Q101, AQG 324)
- Familiarity with measurement methods, equipment, and device testing environments
- Familiarity with standard software tools (e.g., Office) and problem-solving techniques
- High quality mindset
- Fluent spoken and written English skills
- Strong know-how in statistical data analysis
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good team player and willingness to travel
- Assertiveness and demonstrated influencing skills

Aufgaben
- Drive quality management strategies for next-generation power modules
- Design qualification approaches for SiC and GaN power modules
- Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams throughout product lifecycle
- Define quality requirements for reliable and durable power module designs
- Represent Quality Management in development team meetings
- Correlate failure mechanisms with reliability measures
- Identify and characterize early failure mechanisms using simulation
- Determine effects of stress factors on product lifetime
- Set up product lifetime estimation based on customer application profiles
- Derive pass/fail criteria for product lifetime
- Manage reliability tests with external partners
- Implement quality procedures and standards (Nexperia, JEDEC)
- Support customers on SiC/GaN power module issues
- Lead customer requests using structured problem-solving methods
- Prepare and deliver customer-facing quality reports and presentations
- Manage failure analysis requests and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Communicate failure analysis findings clearly
- Promote quality as a value to stakeholders
- Identify and address quality gaps in product creation process
- Define and support qualification of manufacturing processes
- Document and handle data in analysis tools
- Evaluate data for reliability, yield, FMEA, and customer requests
- Identify root causes for yield loss and production problems
- Implement containment and corrective actions
- Create initial input for PCNs
- Review and issue PCNs
- Support follow-up activities for PCNs
