In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping market access strategies for Cell Therapy and Oncology products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading AMNOG preparations, conducting pricing negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure patient access to innovative therapies.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Biostatistics
• •3+ years of experience in Biotech, Pharma or healthcare organizations
• •Excellent understanding and application of statistical methods
• •Outstanding analytical, methodological, and strategic capabilities
• •Good understanding of Market Access processes
• •HEOR skills are a plus
• •Good understanding of German health care system
• •Excellence in developing and implementing projects
• •Recognized team player fostering an inclusive work environment
• •Competitive mindset with learning agility
• •Good writing and presentation skills
• •Excellent knowledge of German and English

Aufgaben

• •Lead preparations for the AMNOG process
• •Support early advice meetings and value dossier preparation
• •Conduct pricing exercises and contribute to price negotiations with GKV-SV
• •Provide input into clinical development for optimal reimbursement and launch readiness
• •Advise on biostatistical needs related to AMNOG
• •Ensure pricing analysis and modeling, and support price databases
• •Design, conduct, and publish HEOR studies, including RWD
• •Collaborate with local Market Access, Medical, Regulatory, Government and Public Affairs teams, and Global HEOR and Value & Access colleagues
