- Prior experience in the financial industry and specific knowledge in asset management
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English and German would be an advantage
- Hands-on mindset with proven ability to deliver results
- Experience in software development is a strong plus
- Familiarity with iPaaS solutions (e.g. Workato) is considered an asset
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage the development lifecycle
- Analyze requirements for development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Build complex T-SQL queries for database interfaces
- Enhance interfaces and reconciliations using T-SQL, Workato, and Power BI
- Utilize Workato for system integrations and reconciliations
- Document technical implementations and processes
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks for system scalability
