Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Innovation Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Several years of professional experience in R&D, portfolio, project, or innovation management, public funding, or related fields
- Technical understanding of semiconductor packaging, IC substrate, PCB, advanced manufacturing technologies, or related fields
- Knowledge of public funding programs and funding management is an advantage
- Proficiency in Power BI, ServiceNow, SAP, or comparable digital tools
- Ability to evaluate technical projects, roadmaps, and portfolio performance indicators; strong analytical thinking
- Experience in cross-functional and international environments, including stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and German
Aufgaben
- Drive transparency and governance in global R&D portfolio
- Support strategic alignment of R&D activities
- Enable data-driven decision-making with portfolio insights
- Provide prioritization recommendations for R&D investments
- Develop and maintain R&D portfolio management framework
- Establish portfolio standards and review processes
- Create KPIs and reporting structures for R&D activities
- Consolidate project information for management reports
- Evaluate portfolio performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate portfolio review and governance processes
- Work with R&D Management Team and Project Managers
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Maintain portfolio transparency across projects and programs
- Manage budgets, risks, and technology development activities
- Identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization
- Reduce overlaps and strengthen strategic execution
- Support R&D funding strategy development
- Maximize research subsidy opportunities
- Strengthen innovation investments
- Coordinate funding proposal and project activities
- Ensure successful application and compliance of funded projects
- Support digitalization of project and portfolio management
- Implement and enhance reporting and analytics solutions
- Use platforms like ServiceNow, Power BI, and SAP
