In this role, you will ensure a smooth production pipeline by ordering stock vehicles and managing any disruptions. You will collaborate with various teams and serve as the go-to contact for dealer inquiries, while also helping to establish the new sales model.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in business administration, logistics, or comparable fields
• •Initial professional experience in the automotive industry in an operational sales role or comparable
• •At least 5 years of professional experience in an operational sales role
• •Experience with BMW Group ordering Systems (e.g. IVS-R; DVP…)
• •Confidence to handle and communicate with various Interface partners
• •Good organizational and planning skills
• •Personal initiative and 100% reliability
• •Team spirit and intercultural skills
• •Fluency in business English

Aufgaben

• •Order stock vehicles for central and regional compounds
• •Monitor the order and production pipeline
• •Manage incidents by identifying and evaluating problems
• •Derive measures and define handling in ordering systems
• •Coordinate communication with relevant process partners
• •Engage regularly with central interfaces like template management and stock management
• •Act as the central contact for dealer queries
• •Identify new system requirements and forward adjustments to process owners
• •Participate in setting up the ordering team for the new sales model
