- Ensure reliable daily operations of datacenter and cloud infrastructure
- Operate, monitor, and maintain hybrid infrastructure
- Manage and optimize system performance, availability, and capacity
- Execute incident, problem, and change management processes
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Troubleshoot and analyze complex incidents
- Maintain Active Directory and Entra services
- Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions
- Ensure disaster recovery readiness
- Collaborate with Architecture teams on new solutions
- Ensure smooth transitions into operations
- Comply with IT security policies
- Coordinate with the CISO
- Maintain accurate technical documentation
- Update operational procedures
- Monitor infrastructure health
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with external providers and vendors
- Support automation of operational processes
- Promote continuous improvement
