Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant vocational training and professional experience
- Several years of experience managing or coordinating IT or business application projects
- Experience in SAP environment required
- Good understanding of business processes, IT systems, data management, and system integrations
- Experience with agile project management methods; Scrum Master experience advantageous
- Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented working style, with ability to take ownership and work independently
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Fluent English essential; German or Czech advantageous
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%
Aufgaben
- Support operation, maintenance, and improvement of IT business applications
- Implement a large electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
- Coordinate the eQMS project across several modules
- Ensure structured project planning and organization for eQMS
- Track eQMS tasks, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure timely follow-up of agreed actions
- Coordinate application changes, testing, and implementation for eQMS
- Provide technical expertise and support issue resolution
- Collaborate with Key Users, IT teams, and external vendors
- Understand business requirements with the Quality Management department
- Translate business requirements into coordinated project activities
- Organize project meetings and workshops
- Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, IT, Key Users, vendors, and support teams
- Apply agile project management methods
- Support effective collaboration across project teams and workstreams
- Contribute to the ONE company-wide project
- Support coordination of related IT application and project activities
- Support access management for applications
- Support application documentation
- Support continuous improvement activities for application operations
