- Experience in public procurement and supply chain management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and facilitation skills
- Experience working in teams and managing change across matrix organization
- Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining productive working relationships
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Ability to identify and deliver service improvement activities across end-to-end procurement and business processes
- Strong business focus, result-oriented, understanding of stakeholder influence
- Working knowledge and understanding of project management principles
- Demonstrated high degree of personal initiative, strong business focus, result orientation, ability to influence change
- Ability to promote and utilize organization’s knowledge assets
- Ability to facilitate and strengthen involvement of internal and external stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Implement and manage demand and supply planning processes
- Facilitate change management for demand and supply planning
- Provide routine analytics and convene key stakeholders
- Update and maintain the demand and supply plan
- Optimize program impact and absorption for Principal Recipients
- Support timely and accurate aggregate forecasts for Direct Sourcing
- Provide timely financial forecasts to optimize fund use
- Identify opportunities to strengthen procurement and supply chains
- Develop programmatic, financial, and strategic objectives
- Produce disaggregated and aggregated demand and supply plans
- Manage stakeholder interactions and engagement
- Support implementation of the Demand and Supply Plan
- Identify signals for adjusting demand and supply plans
- Drive continuous improvements in policies and processes
- Capture and implement good practices through knowledge management
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive alignment across Supply Operations Teams
- Contribute to team transformation and capacity building
