Automating rating and financial analysis workflows for a Central European banking group. Professional banking or financial analysis experience required. Work from home and office flexibility.

Anforderungen

  • Professional experience in banking, credit risk, or financial analysis
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and openness to change
  • Interest in automation, digitalization, and process optimization
  • Motivation to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams
  • Solid foundation in accounting or finance
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Comfort in driving topics forward
  • Fluency in English
  • German language skills (advantage)
  • Experience with IT coordination, testing, databases, or basic programming concepts (beneficial)
  • Strong team spirit
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues across different functions, age groups and experience levels

Aufgaben

  • Drive automation and digitalization of rating and financial analysis workflows
  • Contribute to implementation and enhancement of rating models for Corporate and Specialized Lending portfolios
  • Collaborate with risk, IT, model development, and business stakeholders across the Group
  • Challenge existing processes and transform manual steps into efficient, scalable solutions using AI technologies
  • Support ongoing development and usability of the financial analysis system
