Anforderungen
- Good understanding of front office applications

- Good understanding of business processes
- Good understanding of IT processes
- Higher education is an advantage
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably at a bank
- School leaving certificate
- Experience in a financial institution
- Sound banking knowledge
- Stakeholder management
- Ensuring common information base between parties
- Rapid comprehension of processes
- Rapid comprehension of workflows
- Highly developed logical thinking skills
- Highly developed networked thinking skills
- Very good German language skills
- Very good English language skills
- Italian language skills are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Manage hotline service for business-related requests
- Handle inquiries from front office staff in German, English, and Italian
- Support RM and ARM with order entry systems transactions
- Assist RM and ARM with toolbox applications
- Train new Front joiners on relevant applications and processes
- Respond to verbal and written inquiries on the Business Support Hotline
- Support RM and ARM with Wealth Navigator issues
- Assist RM and ARM with Transition Portal (TPSM) problems
- Help RM and ARM with Special Conditions (CLIPP) questions
- Support RM and ARM with account closing requests
- Provide guidance on Digital Banking Tools
- Train new Relationship Managers and Assistants in various applications
- Train new Relationship Managers and Assistants in various processes
