As a Solutions Engineer, you will drive technical wins by aligning CyberArk’s Identity Security Platform with customer needs. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, conducting technical validations, and identifying new opportunities to enhance security architectures.

Anforderungen

  • •Good understanding of security concepts
  • •Experience designing and deploying solutions across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • •Strong grasp of integration patterns and technical evaluation best practices
  • •Skilled in mapping technical capabilities to business impact
  • •Familiar with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks
  • •Comfortable engaging stakeholders at multiple levels
  • •Strong communication, demo delivery, and presentation skills
  • •Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
  • •Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineer or technical consulting
  • •Background in cybersecurity or identity-related technologies
  • •Experience collaborating with or supporting channel partners in a technical capacity
  • •Fluent German

Aufgaben

  • •Lead technical validation activities, including POCs and architecture reviews
  • •Conduct technical discovery to uncover customer business outcomes
  • •Shape decision criteria and influence the decision process
  • •Build stakeholder maps and identify champions for technical and business case development
  • •Validate solution fit and address technical objections
  • •Contribute to forecasting accuracy based on feasibility and risk
  • •Support deal forecasting by validating technical feasibility and business metrics
  • •Collaborate with AEs, Customer Success Managers, and Services teams to assess implementation risk
  • •Identify new opportunities within accounts by transforming customer security architectures
  • •Act as a technical evangelist for CyberArk’s solutions
  • •Participate in strategic account planning and growth identification
  • •Enable partners to support technical readiness and joint opportunity execution
  • •Provide structured, insights-based handovers to Services and Customer Success teams
  • •Support AEs and Solution Sales in aligning technical validation with sales strategy
  • •Represent CyberArk at industry events and webinars as a subject matter expert
  • •Mentor peers and partners, providing actionable feedback to internal teams
