- Guide SaaS and self-hosted deployment strategies
- Integrate Lakera into customer architectures and use cases
- Manage first-line technical troubleshooting and solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering to resolve technical issues
- Help customers adopt emerging AI ecosystem standards
- Demonstrate new platform features and capabilities
- Optimize customer configurations and rollout strategies
- Provide technical insights for customer growth plans
- Surface customer insights to Product and Engineering teams
