- 3+ years successful inside sales experience leading product demos
- Technical knowledge or experience in security software sales
- Technical understanding of technology
- Personable with convincing phone etiquette, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Experience building relationships at all organizational levels via phone
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in telephone environment
Aufgaben
- Act as product advocate within assigned sales teams
- Share best practices and solutions with Account Managers
- Create and deliver product presentations and demos
- Follow up on all account management leads
- Marshal internal resources throughout the sales cycle
- Understand client technical and business requirements
- Conduct business discussions to identify customer needs
- Articulate the value of Kaseya software to customers
- Streamline complex processes and implement efficient workflows
- Provide customer feedback and competitive intelligence
- Manage and maintain an opportunity pipeline
- Provide accurate weekly forecasting and pipeline information
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas
