- Develop new logistics concepts and value propositions
- Scope value propositions with pre- and post-sales engagement
- Engage proactively in the sales process for contract logistics
- Provide technical support to area sales teams
- Build and share market and product knowledge
- Act as a center of excellence for best practices in solution design
