Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, International Management, Business Informatics, or similar, or equivalent practical experience
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, ideally with Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC), including consulting, requirements analysis, and international sales processes
- Knowledge of Salesforce CGC best practices, configuration, data modelling, and integration fundamentals is an advantage
- Experience in Salesforce testing, training, and user enablement is considered a plus
- Ability to lead implementation partners and collaborate closely with consulting companies
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a service-oriented, user-centric mindset
- Fluent in English and German
- Knowledge of Salesforce CGC best practices, configuration, data modelling, and integration fundamentals is an advantage
- Experience in Salesforce testing, training, and user enablement is considered a plus
- Ability to lead implementation partners and collaborate closely with consulting companies
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a service-oriented, user-centric mindset
- Fluent in English and German
Aufgaben
- Steer and monitor CGC solution design
- Manage CGC release with colleagues and implementation partner
- Focus on CGC Standards, Retail Execution, and Enhanced Data Model
- Facilitate exchange with key users
- Gather and consolidate user requirements
- Enable local subsidiaries to use Salesforce optimally
- Support adoption and enablement of Salesforce
- Translate business requirements into user stories
- Translate business requirements into use cases
- Collaborate with implementation partner on technical designs
- Oversee Salesforce administration and service
- Support continuous improvement of Salesforce solution
- Test and train users on Salesforce
- Ensure high-quality development within Salesforce
- Work closely with architects and engineering teams
