- Own the Commercial B2B process area and EDI
- Drive the evolution of the related TechStack
- Maintain a strong understanding of Finance
- Manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem
- Define roadmaps for ISV solutions and Power BI
- Design scalable and secure technical solutions
- Align D365 integrations with enterprise architecture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution concepts
- Lead structured sprint planning across departments
- Drive quality through regression testing and hypercare
- Monitor systems and maintain technical documentation
- Implement customer-centric process improvements
- Advance AI use cases within the D365 ecosystem
- Coordinate release cycles with implementation partners
- Manage external development and ISV suppliers
- Establish best-practice platforms for knowledge sharing
- Measure and track the value of solution enhancements
- Hand over operational tasks to IT collaboration teams
