Anforderungen

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Years of software or solution architecture experience
  • Leadership experience in technical roles
  • Background in programming, cloud, and systems
  • Understanding of high availability architecture concepts
  • Ability to balance delivery and robustness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset and practical execution capability
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

Aufgaben

  • Build and lead a high-performing Solution Architecture team
  • Develop and mentor your team members
  • Translate long-term target architecture into pragmatic guidance
  • Ensure consistent adoption of architectural guidance
  • Balance business needs with technical excellence
  • Own the Solution Architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Align architectural strategy with Enterprise Architecture
  • Drive end-to-end architectural alignment across business capabilities
  • Ensure seamless solution integration across different domains
  • Manage and reduce technical debt
  • Evolve architecture and platforms for rapid feature delivery
  • Define and enforce standards for high availability
  • Manage disaster recovery and business continuity standards
  • Oversee risk management and NIS2 compliance
  • Establish measurable reliability practices and maturity assessments
  • Conduct resilience reviews and failure testing
  • Provide hands-on guidance for designing distributed systems
  • Build scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant cloud-native systems
  • Align Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Product
  • Promote event-driven systems and domain-driven design
  • Implement API-first patterns and modern governance
