Anforderungen
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related technical discipline
- At least 5 years of experience as Solution Architect, System Architect, Lead Engineer, or Project Manager in SCADA/Control Systems
- In-depth knowledge of SCADA system architecture and design
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, standards, and codes
- Comprehensive knowledge of communication protocols such as IEC 60870-5-101/104, IEC 61850, OPC UA, DNP3, Modbus
- Hands-on experience with leading SCADA platforms (e.g., T3000, Siemens Spectrum Power, WinCC OA, COPA-DATA zenon, VIVAVIS HIGH-LEIT)
- Solid understanding of networking and IT security principles
- Experience in project execution, including preparation of technical specifications
- Familiarity with data modeling, HMI design, and alarm management
- Market and technology awareness of SCADA solutions and their integration into OT/IT environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English; German is desirable
Aufgaben
- Develop and design standard SCADA solutions
- Create project-specific solutions in collaboration with bid management and sales teams
- Prepare technical descriptions and compile Bill of Materials for SCADA systems
- Manage stakeholders and provide technical support to sales and engineering teams
- Conduct training sessions for internal departments
- Translate functional requirements into Epics, Features, and high-level acceptance criteria
