- Experience with Commercial B2B, B2B webshop, EDI, Finance
- Proven track record in release management, vendor coordination, and solution design

- Team player with good consulting skills, can-do mentality, and deliver-to-promise attitude
- Hands-on problem-solving mentality, especially in technical parts
- Good analytical, conceptual, problem-solving skills, and ownership/entrepreneurial thinking
- Keen understanding of balance between quick fixes and long-term viability with limited resources
- High flexibility and eagerness to learn new technology and business processes
- Strong communication and adaptability, ability to act as a change agent
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge in MS Dynamics 365 F&O, ISV Solutions, Power BI, Middleware & integration solutions, Confluence / Jira, Scrum and SAFe
Aufgaben
- Lead digital landscape for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Own Commercial B2B process area, including EDI and Finance
- Drive evolution of related TechStack and continuous improvement
- Design scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align requirements
- Lead structured sprint planning and cross-department coordination
- Ensure quality and operational excellence in all processes
- Implement customer-centric process improvements
- Advance AI use cases within D365 ecosystem
- Coordinate updates and release cycles with partners
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices
- Measure value of solution enhancements
- Ensure smooth handover of operational tasks
