- Lead and coordinate software project teams
- Manage team performance and information flow
- Report on project issues, risks, and assumptions
- Develop feasible solutions to ensure project success
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
- Manage project changes throughout the entire lifecycle
- Control costs to ensure delivery within budget
- Deliver projects within the agreed timeframe and quality standards
- Manage all major project milestones and acceptance tests
- Participate in onsite testing activities
