Anforderungen
- Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training
- Three to five years of practical professional experience in AI
- Enthusiasm for transferring reliable AI into applications
- Excellent programming skills in Java, Python, and SQL
- Knowledge of JavaScript and React (plus)
- Strong understanding of DevOps and MLOps
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning, NLP, and deep learning (ideal)
- Interest in cloud-native development (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS) and Azure Databricks
- Active interest in Foundation Models and Generative AI
- Emphasis on security, reliability, and scalability
- Strong ability to work in a team
- Fluent communication in German and English

- Design and implement cloud-based AI solutions
- Develop machine learning and deep learning models
- Build generative AI and multi-agent systems
- Coordinate requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Design and implement reliable infrastructure
- Optimize workshop processes and information management
- Develop using Python and JavaScript
- Utilize PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace
- Build cloud-native software on Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Manage requirements, products, or projects
