Aufgaben

- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders in Scrum
- Apply modern practices like Pair Programming, TDD, and Code Reviews
- Use AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and code quality
- Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and continuous improvement
- Junior Developers: learn codebase, tools, and best practices while contributing
- Mid-Level Developers: own features and support technical decision-making
- Senior Developers: lead architectural discussions, mentor colleagues, and improve standards
