- Manage plant operations and maintenance
- Coordinate main and secondary service providers
- Ensure facility efficiency and continuity
- Authorize and adapt work tasks
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Execute operational tasks in substations
- Support local operations with main contractor
- Assign daily maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with procedures and standards
- Maintain optimal plant performance
- Provide continuous technical support
- Manage personnel work schedules and holidays
- Manage resources (PPE, vehicles, minor payments)
- Prepare operation and maintenance reports
- Monitor plant operations through SCADA
- Conduct technical analysis and data consolidation
- Communicate with remote office on plant availability
- Coordinate switching operations and outages
- Adjust operational programs as needed
- Record, code, and analyze communications
- Manage on-site incidents
- Diagnose and coordinate repair works
- Supervise repair activities in substations and lines
- Respond to incidents during and outside working hours
- Serve as initial point of contact for owners
- Manage waste in compliance with regulations
- Monitor environmental conditions
- Participate in continuous improvement processes
- Analyze and implement improvement initiatives
- Promote operational excellence
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with policies
- Communicate environmental requirements to subcontractors
- Promote good environmental practices
- Oversee waste management
- Comply with operational control measures
- Monitor relevant indicators
- Disseminate emergency response procedures
- Report near misses and emergencies
