- Knowledge of drawings and basic design (plus)
- Leadership attitude and team guidance capability
- Good communication skills and relationship approach

- Fast learning attitude and self-commitment
- Familiarity with basic and common software tools
- English and preferably German language skills
- Availability for frequent domestic and international trips

Aufgaben
- Coordinate production, storage, and construction site logistics
- Manage internal and customer-facing requirements
- Oversee subcontractors and third-party service providers
- Develop and implement transport and storage strategies
- Optimize planning and tracking systems for site deliveries
- Plan and monitor heavy-load and standard shipments
- Manage the warehouse calendar and delivery deadlines
- Optimize multimodal and road transport routes
- Monitor transport permits and required documentation
- Coordinate the return of empty cable drums
- Report logistics KPIs to internal and external stakeholders
- Supervise pre-lay activities for power cable systems
- Interface with civil works and cable-laying contractors
- Record daily site activities and subcontractor performance
- Supervise backfilling operations for quality and cable protection
- Manage site resources, technical aspects, and HSE standards
- Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents
- Support the preparation of technical method statements
- Travel frequently between the project office and construction sites
