Aufgaben
- Define future-state manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Align processes with global templates and standards
- Ensure end-to-end operational process standardization
- Embed shop-floor and regulatory requirements into ERP design
- Validate manufacturing flows and batch management
- Integrate BOMs, formulas, yields, and changeovers
- Ensure equipment constraints and maintenance integration
- Align manufacturing execution with supply chain planning
- Cover demand, capacity, scheduling, inventory, and material availability
- Embed GMP/GxP, validation, and compliance requirements
- Integrate lot disposition and LIMS
- Deliver CSV and align SOPs
- Define and govern manufacturing master data
- Support site readiness activities
- Manage cutover and go-live processes
- Act as key user for supply chain and production systems
- Drive change enablement through operator instructions
- Train and establish a strong Super User network
