Aufgaben
- Manage cost and supply of Indirect Material and Services
- Handle assigned Indirect Procurement spend and supplier base
- Process Purchase Requisitions from verification to Purchase Orders
- Prepare and execute RFPs and RFQs
- Review and compare submitted quotations
- Present sourcing recommendations and conclude contracts
- Place purchase orders based on recommendations
- Develop and implement local category/sub-category strategies
- Align with EMEA Category Procurement team and internal stakeholders
- Achieve Indirect Procurement savings and cost avoidance targets
- Frequently benchmark responsible spend and identify potential
- Lead supplier negotiations and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure transparency and frequent review of contract terms and validities
- Continuously improve Indirect Purchasing procedures and systems
