- Perform site activation tasks at a country level
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Follow standard operating procedures and project requirements
- Review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
- Prepare site regulatory documents
- Track and follow up on document approval and execution
- Distribute completed documents to sites and project team
- Update and maintain internal systems and databases
- Manage tracking tools, timelines, and project plans
- Ensure accurate and complete project-specific information
