- Lead the Nyon Shopper Team
- Coordinate daily activities
- Ensure smooth operational delivery
- Act as main point of contact for stakeholders
- Oversee task allocation
- Monitor team performance
- Ensure process accuracy
- Maintain service continuity
- Provide hands-on support when needed
- Allocate and prioritize tasks
- Deliver activities within deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day team operations
- Monitor individual and collective performance
- Set clear team goals and KPIs
- Analyze workflow metrics
- Challenge performance gaps
- Ensure processes are up to date
- Act as first point of escalation for the Shopper team
- Act as first point of escalation for above-campus support teams
- Develop training materials
- Deliver targeted coaching sessions
- Drive continuous process optimization
- Identify best practices
- Implement process improvements
- Represent the Nyon entity in meetings
- Contribute to day-to-day team operations
- Support monthly P2P internal controls
- Support quarterly P2P internal controls
