- Performance monitoring and issue mitigation
- User, group, and role management
- Experience with upgrades
- Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript
- Experience integrating third-party tools
- Experience with LDAP integration
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- ITILv3 certification is preferred
- ServiceNow Administrator certification is required
- Any additional ServiceNow certification is a plus
- BA/BS in Computer Science or IT
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Aufgaben
- Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow.
- Take ownership of solution design.
- Support development teams in application configuration.
- Develop new applications using ServiceNow features.
- Focus on CSM, SPM, and ITAM modules.
- Gather business and technical requirements.
- Document implementation processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external tools.
- Develop test cases for applications.
- Promote best practices in development.
