Anforderungen
- Strong technical background in energy or pulp technologies
- 5-7 years’ experience in sales, project management, or related positions
- Strong understanding of Energy/Pulp Industry
- Willingness to travel in Austria and southern Germany 30 to 60%
- Experience in communication and commercial discussions
- Awareness in contract law with hands-on experience negotiating complex project contracts
- Strong experience of Customer Value Chain
- High level of commitment and strong working capacity
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English, other languages are an asset
Aufgaben
- Act as the key point of contact for energy and pulp mill clients in Austria and southern Germany
- Sell improvement and maintenance projects, expert field services, workshop services, agreements, and spare parts
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead sales projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Identify customer needs and provide timely solutions to enhance their processes and results
- Develop and execute the Valmet Sales Strategy
- Create sales, business, action, and marketing plans
- Coordinate and lead mill team activities for specific customers
- Develop additional sales activities with operations
