- Excellent communication skills

- Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research
- Lead exploratory and evaluative research for product strategies
- Analyze and synthesize insights to inform strategic decisions
- Advocate for current and potential customers as a thought leader
- Contribute to building a cohesive roadmap aligned with business goals
- Partner with data science to define and monitor key experience metrics
- Generate insights to fuel ideation and evaluate solutions
- Work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
