- Define and articulate long-term product vision and strategy
- Develop and maintain product roadmap
- Collaborate with business leaders, Customer Excellence, and Engineering teams
- Prioritize features and technical debt
- Conduct in-depth user needs and market trend analysis
- Identify new product opportunities
- Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead product lifecycle from ideation to iteration
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies
- Manage release communications
- Conduct internal training with CE Operations teams
- Define and maintain platform configuration standards
- Ensure platform scalability and consistency
- Track and analyze key product success metrics
- Inform future prioritization with performance data
- Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams
- Make informed trade-offs between technical complexity, design, and time-to-market
