- Experience in EF programme (aircraft, training)
- Experience using Confluence for task management
- Experience using JIRA for task management
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex information to technical audiences
- Ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences
- Good written English knowledge
- Good spoken English knowledge
- Ability to work in multicultural environment
- Security clearance eligibility

Aufgaben
- Perform system engineering across the full project lifecycle
- Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
- Capture, analyze, and manage customer needs
- Define system-level requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Prepare and execute Acceptance Test Manuals
- Ensure requirement traceability, consistency, and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Perform technical workshops with stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions
