In this role, you will take the lead on complex spacecraft mechanisms projects, guiding engineering teams and collaborating with customers and suppliers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing technical requirements, overseeing design processes, and mentoring junior engineers to foster team growth.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree or equivalent in mechanical, thermal, mechatronics, structural or similar engineering fields
• •9+ years of experience in a similar role in aerospace industry
• •Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
• •Knowledge of space industry standards and system engineering processes
• •Confident handling of CAD/analysis tool
• •Fluency in English
• •Curiosity, collaboration, decisiveness, and passion for high-quality engineering
